Steel belt buckle with sculpted sterling silver flowers

This beautiful buckle measures 3 3/8" X 2 5/8". The base of the buckle is steel with sculpted high relief engraving. The out side edge has a heavy sterling silver round boarder and an overlaid sculpted sterling silver flower cluster in the center.
